Ilan Kidron, Savage and Ella Monney are to join the Auckland Philharmonia Orchestra for the 2023 Synthony in the Domain.
The outdoor event on Saturday April 1, 2023, promises to transform Auckland's Domain into a boutique-style music festival as it celebrates 30 years of the greatest global dance music anthems along with live acts across two stages.
Organisers are billing it as "a breath-taking fusion of electronic dance music, live orchestra, DJs, internationally acclaimed performers, and spectacular visuals", with the event expected to last over 7 hours.
It's due to start at sunset on April 1. Over 20,000 people are expected to attend.
The first of many acts taking part will be chart-topping Kiwi dance-duo SACHI, with organisers promising there will be more big announcements still to come.
General tickets to Synthony in the Domain go on sale on Thursday September 8.
