Sylvester Stallone and wife Jennifer Flavin's planned divorce has been called off.
The pair, who had been married for 25 years, have been spotted together in public smiling with their arms linked.
In September, Page Six reported the former model had filed to dissolve her marriage to the Rambo star in Florida on August 19.
Court documents obtained by the publication stated the marriage was "irretrievably broken".
Flavin also claimed Stallone had "engaged in the intentional dissipation, deplete and/or waste of marital assets", which had negatively affected the "marital estate".
However, that all now seems to be in the past, with Page Six reporting the pair filed a notice for voluntary dismissal for divorce proceedings in Palm Beach County last week.
A separate source told Page Six Stallone and Flavin "are together and very happy".
Stallone's representative told the US website they'd met up "back up at home" where they "talked and were able to work out their differences" and added that they were "both extremely happy".
When details of the split first emerged, there was speculation the pair were separating because of Stallone's love for his beloved Rottweiler Dwight.
Some cited the fact Stallone had a tattoo of Dwight's face replace that of his wife's on his arm as being the final straw for the marriage.
However, Stallone told TMZ Dwight is not to blame for the divorce.
