Prince Harry is being mocked by US talk show host Stephen Colbert ahead of his appearance on The Late Show on Wednesday (NZ time) as part of the publicity tour for his memoir Spare.
Colbert teased the Duke of Sussex's visit to his show earlier this week saying he'd "read the book - it's very enjoyable, quite emotional, quite revealing. I'm going to have so much to talk about with His Harryness."
He joked the book was "also available on audiobook and a commemorative plate".
Colbert also played a clip of Anderson Cooper's 60 Minutes interview where Harry revealed he'd been shunned by his brother William when they were at Eton school together.
"Well, that's heartbreaking. I mean, to be rejected by his older brother at school, even though that magic hat sorted them into the same house," Colbert said, referencing the Harry Potter sorting hat at Hogwarts.
"What do you think? Hufflepuff? Hufflepuff? Gryffindor? I'm not sure."
Pre-publicity shots from the show pictured Colbert and Harry downing tequila shots at the desk.
The interview will be Harry's first time visiting The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.
"With its raw, unflinching honesty, Spare is a landmark publication full of insight, revelation, self-examination and hard-won wisdom about the eternal power of love over grief," US broadcaster CBS said in a press release to accompany the news of the Duke's visit.
CBS described Harry as "a husband, father, humanitarian, military veteran, mental wellness advocate and environmentalist. He resides in Santa Barbara, Calif., with his family and three dogs."
The interview is due to air in the US at 5.35pm New Zealand time.
