Award-winning New Zealand choreographer Parris Goebel has shared a behind the scenes peek at working with Rihanna ahead of the Super Bowl LVII halftime show.
It's Goebel's second time working with a major artist at the Super Bowl, which is one of the most celebrated sporting events in North America. In 2020 she worked on the choreography for Jennifer Lopez's show.
"A little girl from Barbados and a little girl from New Zealand grew up into boss bitches and took over the Super Bowl half time show together," Goebel said on Instagram.
"We far from home but we made it! I love you 4L. Let's do this sis."
In the black and white picture, Goebel can be seen laughing and holding hands with the 'Umbrella' singer.
It's also not Goebel's first time working with Rihanna – the paid collaborated on the Savage X Fenty Volume 2 runway event in 2020.
Goebel was Emmy nominated three years in a row for the show and won the Emmy award for Outstanding Choreography For Variety Or Reality Programming in 2022.
