Rihanna's Super Bowl halftime show has sent the internet into meltdown over speculation she revealed she was having a second child while on stage.
With millions watching the Philadelphia Eagles taking on the Kansas City Chiefs, Rihanna began her show by rubbing her belly and seemingly showing off a bump under her costume.
The 'Umbrella' singer seemed to tease the news a week prior to the performance, telling a US morning TV show on Thursday: "I'm thinking about bringing someone. I'm not sure. We'll see."
No guests were brought on stage during the performance.
Shortly after the performance, the singer's representative officially confirmed to Variety magazine she was expecting her second child.
Fans on social media reacted swiftly to the reveal, noting the singer wasn't as energetic in her dancing.
"Rihanna fans realising she is pregnant again, and they're never getting another album," one said.
"Rihanna being pregnant again just made my night," another said.
Others were impressed she'd managed to do the whole show, including the intensive choreography by New Zealand choreographer Parris Goebel.
"The choreo, stage design, and amount of dancers. The product placement. Not to mention cinematography with the cameras. AND she did it pregnant. Chef's kiss," another said.
The Grammy winner welcomed a son with her boyfriend, A$AP Rocky, in May 2022. But as of yet, they've not revealed the boy's name.
