Ryan Adams is to play two solo concerts in Auckland and Wellington in January 2024.
He will take to the Bruce Mason Theatre in Auckland on Friday, January 26 before heading to Wellington's Opera House on Saturday, January 27.
The concerts will see Adams return to Aotearoa for the first time in six years, marking his first solo shows in the country in over 11 years.
Organisers of the show promise both of the shows will be different, with a statement saying there will be a new setlist at each.
Tickets will go on sale on Wednesday, May 24.
Early in 2019 Adams' ex-wife - pop singer Mandy Moore - accused him of exerting control over her career, which ground to a halt during their marriage.
The New York Times also published an article citing seven women and "more than a dozen associates" of Adams, accusing him of "a pattern of manipulative behavior in which Adams dangled career opportunities while simultaneously pursuing female artists for sex".
In July 2020, Adams said there were "no words to express how bad I feel about the ways I've mistreated people throughout my life and career".
"All I can say is that I'm sorry. It's that simple. This period of isolation and reflection made me realise that I needed to make significant changes in my life," the 'Come Pick Me Up' singer wrote at the time.
