Harrison Ford says he was relieved to "still be breathing" at the end of the filming of the latest and final Indiana Jones movie.
Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny will be released next Thursday and tells the story of the final years of the whip-cracking, hat-wearing archaeologist.
Ford is now 80 years old and told The Project NZ it was divine kindness that led him to the role this time.
"It was an act of God's generosity that I got to play this character one last time," he told Newshub's Kate Rodger.
"It was a joy for me to make the film, it was a particular joy for me to finish the film and still be breathing!
"I always wanted to tell the story more towards the end of his life."
