Ariana Grande is said to be dating her Wicked movie co-star, reports that surfaced just days after her split from husband Dalton Gomez was announced.
TMZ reported Grande, 30, was dating Broadway actor Ethan Salter, who co-stars alongside Grande in the upcoming movie: the first instalment of the film adaptation of the stage musical Wicked, partly based on the 1995 novel Wicked: The Life and Times of the Wicked Witch of the West.
A source told People "Ariana and Dalton separated in January."
"She and Ethan recently began dating, and he is separated from his wife."
Neither Grande nor Salter have responded to requests for comment to both People magazine or TMZ, who was first to report the news.
Grande and Gomez tied the knot in May 2021.
Grande is set to play Glinda in the Universal film adaptation of the musical, which had been filming in the UK.
Slater will play Boq, the love interest of Elphaba's sister Nessarose.
The movie has been shooting since last year but has been put on hold by the SAG-AFTRA strike.
