The annual Rhythm and Vines festival has announced its first artists for its upcoming summer event.
Wilkinson, Central Cee, Dom Dolla, Gin Wigmore and Peking Duk are among the lineup of acts who will help usher in the New Year in Tairāwhiti in Gisborne.
It will be a big year for the festival as it celebrates its 21st birthday, with the event to run from December 29, 2023 to January 1, 2024.
"From Central Cee, one of the most exciting and sought-after rappers in the world right now, to iconic electronic acts like Dom Dolla and Wilkinson, to some of the best wāhine talent Aotearoa has to offer - R&V 23/24 is shaping up to be one for the books," festival co-founder Hamish Pinkham said.
