According to TMZ, the baby was born August 3 in Los Angeles and is a boy.
The outlet also claimed the child's name began with an "R" but didn't confirm its source.
Rihanna is already a mother to baby boy RZA with A$AP Rocky.
There has been no official confirmation of the birth from either Rihanna or A$AP Rocky.
Rihanna's baby news comes after she shocked the world with her pregnancy reveal during the February Super Bowl halftime show.
With millions watching the Philadelphia Eagles taking on the Kansas City Chiefs, Rihanna began her show by rubbing her belly and showing off a bump under her costume.
Shortly after the performance, the singer's representative officially confirmed to Variety magazine she was expecting her second child.
In May 2022, she gave birth to her first child in secret too, with the news only leaking a week later via a report on TMZ.
A year previously in May, Rocky revealed Rihanna was the "love of his life" and confirmed the pair had become an item.
