English comedian Dawn French has added three extra dates to her upcoming 2024 New Zealand tour due to what promoters say is "overwhelming demand".
The former Vicar of Dibley actor added an extra date of her one-woman stand-up show 'Dawn French is a Huge Twat' in Wellington and will now play the Michael Fowler Centre on Tuesday, May 21 as well as Wednesday, May 22.
She also added a second date to Christchurch and will now perform in the Garden City on Friday, May 24 as well as Saturday, May 25 at the Town Hall.
She will then finish her 'Dawn French is a Huge Twat' tour at Auckland's Civic Theatre on Wednesday, May 29 and on the newly-added date of Thursday, May 30.
As well as being an accomplished stand-up comedian and television actress, French has written six books.
Tickets go on sale at 11am (local time) Thursday October 12.
