Dawn French is bringing her one-woman stand-up show to New Zealand in May, 2024.
The former Vicar of Dibley actor will play Wellington's Michael Fowler Centre on Tuesday, May 21 before heading to Christchurch's Town Hall on Friday, May 24.
She will finish her 'Dawn French is a Huge Twat' tour at Auckland's Civic Theatre on Wednesday, May 29.
"This show is so named because unfortunately, it's horribly accurate," French said.
"There have been far too many times I have made stupid mistakes or misunderstood something vital or jumped the gun in a spectacular display of twattery. I thought I might tell some of these buttock clenching embarrassing stories to give New Zealand audiences a peek behind the scenes of my work life. Roll up!
"Book early to see the telly vicar lady be a total twat on-stage, live, in front of your very eyes. And ears."
As well as being an accomplished stand-up comedian and television actress, French has written six books.
Tickets go on sale at 11am (local time) Thursday October 12.
