The Lord of the Rings star Sir Ian McKellen has reportedly been rushed to hospital after falling off a stage while performing in London on Monday night.
It is believed the Gandalf actor fell during a fight scene in Player Kings at the Noël Coward theatre.
The 85-year-old actor plays Ian Falstaff in the show, which is based on Henry IV.
UK tabloid The Sun reported Sir Ian "cried out in pain" after falling from the front of the stage.
The show was cancelled and the audience was evacuated.
A member of the audience who was at the show posted on X saying: "Everyone thought the slip and fall was part of the show until we hear him calling out for help and mentioned something about his arm."
The extent of Sir Ian's injuries are not yet known.
